An intimate embodiment journey

The Inner Garden Dance experience is a guided movement journey led by Veronika Starr, creator of the FlowQi method and facilitator of The Sunset Dances on the beach and embodiment experiences in Mexico, Colombia, and Canada.

Using wireless headphones, each participant enters a personal sound bubble with carefully curated world music and deep earthy rhythms. The immersive audio allows you to drop inward, move intuitively, and explore presence without performance or outside distraction.

With gentle guidance, you’re invited to align inner and outer worlds, awaken embodied awareness, and reconnect with your intuition and purpose.

There is no choreography. No partner required. No experience needed.
Just music, movement, and a safe, intimate container.
